moment an irate passenger opens fire on a livery driver — as the cabbie books it down the street following a fight over payment.

Eufelix Jiminian, 26, was driving a male passenger near Bronx Boulevard and Carpenter Avenue just before 4 a.m. on May 3 when an argument broke out about the fare, PIX 11 reported.

The video, taken from inside Jiminian’s white 2022 Toyota Highlander, shows the masked suspect jumping out of the moving car, with Jiminian visibly confused over what just happened.
