A very serious attack carried out by a young woman against another woman occurred today in the Bellavista sector, steps from a supermarket, which was in the presence of dozens of people who pass through that busy place in the center of Valparaíso.

According to reports from the Carabineros of the Second Central Police Station of Valparaíso, it was a 30-year-old woman who attacked the 50-year-old victim with a knife after an argument between the two.

The victim fainted instantly and in a video circulating on social networks the violence of the incident can be seen, which fortunately was less serious than what was recorded in the images.

The affected person had to be referred to a healthcare center to verify the injuries in the case, which according to Carabineros were only minor injuries to the neck and scalp.

The situation caused a great impression among the witnesses of the event, several of whom indicated on social networks that it is common in that sector for groups of young punks, homeless people and others to have disputes over control of the block.

Another reason for conflicts is that there are simply problems of coexistence that are resolved violently and without concern for the integrity of others.
