Law enforcement officials continue to find out the details of a fatal fight between patients at a tuberculosis dispensary in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg on February 15. According to Fontanka, it was preceded by a dispute over body tattoos.

According to preliminary data, the day before, two patients at a dispensary on Zvezdnaya Street disagreed about the tattoos that one of them had. What happened next was captured by a surveillance camera .

The Investigative Committee opened a murder case , and the prosecutor's office monitored the progress and results of the investigation.

Police said the 36-year-old suspect was arrested at the scene. He has not yet been charged. It is unclear whether his conflict with his 58-year-old neighbor at the dispensary was limited to a dispute over tattoos. The man who stabbed someone else in the back behaved after his arrest in such a way that he was admitted to hospital.
