A man on a bicycle was killed when a van approached an intersection and took the risk of crossing, despite there being an oncoming truck. The truck attempted to avoid collision, but crashed into the van and the man on the bike. The man on the biker was thrown and crushed against a store wall, and the van slightly damaged.
