An armed attack inside the bar called “Directy Bar”, located in the Port of Coatzacoalcos in southern Veracruz, left two men dead.

The attack occurred yesterday afternoon and prompted the mobilization of emergency services and police elements .

The victims were identified as Julio González Paz, 19, and Carlos Ramón Soto, 34, both from this city.

The men had recently been released from the Duport Ostión prison , where they had been held for crimes against health . Therefore, the authorities assume that the main line of investigation could be a settling of scores .
