The exact moment in which the Venezuelan, 38-year-old Fernando Javier Montero Rivero, was killed by about six shots, was recorded in a security camera while he was pruning a tree in the El Carmen neighborhood, central Valledupar.

The events happened on Thursday morning, at Calle 18B with number 6-6B. At the site, a man carrying a cava, posing as a street vendor, approached Montero Rivero, who was above a tree, to shoot him indiscriminately.

After the attack, as seen in the video, the gunman fled with another man who picked him up on a motorcycle.
