Man lighting up a crack pipe and smoking it while sitting on a streetcar, as people around him appeared to distance themselves from him.

“The Toronto Transit Commission TTC — man lit up that crack pipe and smoked on the streetcar,” Toronto attorney Selwyn Pieters captioned his video post on X, which also included hashtags about the city’s homeless crisis.

The man who goes by Mr. Toronto Lawyer on the social media platform also tagged the TTC’s customer service account, Mayor Olivia Chow and the City of Toronto, for good measure.
