The man, who is facing multiple felony charges, slipped out of a north Phoenix police station while he was being processed for multiple warrants, according to Phoenix police. He went out the station's back door, officials said.

While officers were searching the area, people at a nearby gas station, near 35th Avenue and Cactus Street, noticed the man — still in handcuffs — and detained him while they called police.
