DETROIT, MI: Two cops (male and female) are under investigation for fleeing the scene of a shooting. The police dashboard cam shows the female driver quickly drive from the shooting, cutting off the suspect's vehicle, and almost causing a collision. They eventually returned to help the shooting victim. The suspects are still at large.
