This is a scene from one of my favorite movies, "The 9th Configuration" Staring Stacey Keach. The movie revolves around a special ops Green Beret Colonel who suffers from amnesia due to the combat stresses experienced in Viet Nam. He can't remember any of his combat experience nor his lethality until a pushed too far by a psychopathic motorcycle gang;then his deadliness is unleashed.
