Two people died in a serious car accident in Barueri on Friday morning (8). The car crashed into the road's protective wall, which was destroyed, and then into a power pole.

The vehicle was carrying five young people and the driver lost control on the wet road at the intersection of Exército Brasileiro and Municipal avenues. The other three victims were taken to the Municipal Hospital.

According to the GCM, they were coming from a gas station in Jardim Paulista, where they had spent the night drinking. There were several bottles of alcoholic beverages in the Fiesta.
