Clayton Henrique Bezerra de Oliveira, 29, was executed in front of a wine cellar in Cidade Patriarca, east of São Paulo .

The shooter, wearing a green cap, approached and shot Clayton while he was on his cell phone. After running out of ammunition in his revolver, the attacker switched weapons and continued shooting.

Cleiton was a former wine cellar employee and had a criminal record for robbery and drug trafficking. The execution took place in broad daylight, surprising witnesses and customers at the scene. Security cameras recorded the entire action.

Police are investigating the case to identify the accomplice who helped in the escape. Witnesses are being interviewed to understand whether Clayton was under threat or had debts that could have motivated the crime.
