Rialto, California - In a video uploaded to YouTube Rialto police are seen repeatedly tasering a man on the ground, and viciously beating him with an asp baton, as the woman filming the attack pleads with them to stop.

The man does not appear to be violent or threatening in any way as the officer’s bark orders at him while pumping his body full of electricity.

According to the woman filming the man being assaulted had honked his horn at the officers because they were blocking a driveway.
