If you noticed, featured videos go to the top line of a recent uploads page, even if they were uploaded much earlier, that happens after editing a thumbnail, so if you see a video you already watched - be sure to scroll or even to move to the next page of recents not to miss a videos that were moved cause of featured. Hope it will be fixed soon
