On June 11, 1981, Japanase Kazumasa Sagawa, 32, who was studying in Paris, called his Dutch woman friend, 25, to his home, shot her dead, took off her clothes, raped the corpse, then ate parts of her both raw and cooked.

There is information that Sagawa was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and discharged after only 15 months, and is still living on pension and welfare somewhere.
