OR without even proper deeksha (ritualistic initiation as a disciple) then run like they have bubonic plague!!

Hath Yog is like the black belt (you can't get to it directly. some have even suffered weird consequences. Pelvic energy when out of control and shifted upwards can wreck havoc :P )

is titled wrong. i don't think celebacy (Bramacharya: never ejaculated, even night fall) is required for Hatha Yoga or to activate Kundalini.
